Judith Owen,
“To Your Door”

The second single from Suit Yourself

Following the Mardi Gras energy of "That's Why I Love My Baby," Judith Owen's second single from Suit Yourself goes somewhere completely different. "To Your Door" is quieter, more intimate — and the video needed a setting to match.

The Pontchartrain

We shot the video at The Pontchartrain Hotel — a landmark on St. Charles Avenue with the kind of atmosphere you can't build on a soundstage. The architecture, the weight of the place — it all became part of the story.

Where the first single was spontaneous and unscripted, this one was deliberate. Every frame considered. The hotel gave us rooms, hallways, and corners that felt like they'd been waiting for the right song to walk through them.

Two singles, two worlds

What we love about working with Judith on this album cycle is the range. One video is handheld in a crowd during Mardi Gras. The next is composed and still inside a century-old hotel. Same artist, same record, completely different visual language. That's the kind of work we built Fish Pot to do.
